TERMOAGRO® PREMIUM PLUS - TERMOAGRO® CLEAR
This coextruded three-layer polyethylene film is yellowish white and/or translucent and offers great resistance to inclement weather conditions. It retains the long-wave infrared radiation emitted by bodies, raising the absolute minimum temperatures by 2 or 3 degrees centigrade by eliminating "thermal inversion" inside greenhouses. Through greater sunlight diffusion, this product neutralizes the shaded areas inside the greenhouse, thus promoting crop earliness. It is used in greenhouse horticulture (especially for growing tomatoes and peppers) and in tobacco barns. The recommended thickness ranges from 150 to 200 microns, and the maximum available width is 12 meters.
PLASTIAGROŽ A.L.V.
It is a slightly yellowish, coextruded three-layer polyethylene film with additives that absorb ultraviolet (UV) radiation, thus delaying the degradation of the outer surface and therefore increasing its life span. The maximum available width is 12 meters, which makes it possible to cover large areas in a short time. Due to these characteristics, it is mainly used to cover greenhouse roofs and lateral walls.
PLASTIAGROŽ BLACK AND WHITE
It is a black-and-white three-layer polyethylene film manufactured through the coextrusion process, which produces a film characterized by higher mechanical resistance and endurance to inclement weather conditions. The maximum available width is 12 meters, ranging in thickness from 150 to 500 microns. The 150 and 200-micron-thick films are mainly used to cover aboveground horizontal corn and sorghum silos. The 500-micron-thick films are used to cover shed roofs, to replace corrugated iron sheets or in sheep pens used for winter calving (in Patagonia), etc.
PLASTIAGROŽ BLACK
It is a polyethylene film with "carbon black", which does not allow the light to pass through. It is used to cover, for example, hay, machinery, the soil (in horticulture), aboveground horizontal silos (corn, sorghum), etc. The recommended thickness for use as cover ranges from 100 to 200 microns.
PLASTIAGRO Ž CRYSTAL
It is a clear polyethylene film used to force crops in greenhouses and tunnels, to protect seedlings in sheds (for tomato transplants) and in double-roofs, to cover soil (solarisation) and when disinfecting using volatile products (gases).
During daytime, it considerably warms the air and soil inside the tunnels and sheds (greenhouse effect) and makes it possible to retain part of the heat emitted by the bodies.
PlastiagroŽ crystal is 70 % permeable to the long-wave radiations emitted by the soil and the plants. Besides, it is the most economical plastic film.
MULCHING GOLD EXTRA LIGHT
Extremely thin polyethylene film used to cover the soil within greenhouses or in the field in order to maintain the temperature of the soil and prevent the growth of weeds.
PLASTIMEMBRANAŽ
A three-layer polyethylene film between 500 and 800 microns thick especially developed to make, for example, channels, water reservoirs and effluent treatment pools impervious to water.
